With a bunch of friends  yesterday, I went to see the movie "2012". It was awesome, the plot, the effects, everything. For some time now there has been a commotion around about the Doomsday and the end of world in the year 2012 and that is why the director decided to make a movie on the topic.

While watching the movie i just couldn't stop thinking about what would actually happen if the world does come to an end in 2012? It made me realize that we are so engrossed in our temporary life that we have forgotten about the Day of Judgment and we direly need to start preparing for our life hereafter.

The movie was about how the people don't want to die so soon and just to save the mankind from becoming extinct they make large spaceships. All the rich ones paid a handsome price to be on that ship. The effects when the world was finally coming to an end were too beautiful to describe. It all seemed so real that i just couldn't stop biting my nails and at some points even hiding my face behind my hands.

The movie had an almost happy ending, and no im not telling you what it is :p.

Overall it was an enjoyable movie and maybe for people like me, thought provoking too that how desperate people become when they know that their end is near and would do anything to save themselves from dying.
