1. The Yeller Membership Card is owned and operated by yellO.pk. Each member is bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership is open to all Pakistan residents aged 13 and above. Membership is accepted at the sole and absolute discretion of yellO.pk
3. Members will be issued with a membership number and membership card. The use of this number/card is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions to the benefit of yellO.pk and all participating vendors.
4. Membership card is non-transferable.
5. The benefits may only be used upon presentation of a valid membership card.
6. The membership benefits have no cash value and are valid until the expiration date stated.
7. The membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer.
8. The privilege supporting listings, membership benefits and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other yellO.pk material may be subject to change without notice. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such changes through the yellO.pk website, the newsletter, and other media.
9. Only one name per card is allowed; the membership card may not be altered, tampered or modified in any manner.
10. YellO.pk reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time if it is suspected that the membership is being abused or operated fraudulently. Fraud or abuse concerning yellO.pk membership or usage of membership benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by yellO.pk.
11. Each applicant will receive a notification e-mail within 7 days of application and shall receive the Yeller Card within 21 working days. If the applicant does not receive notification of the card within 14 working days, it is the responsibility of the applicant to contact yellO.pk to seek assistance.
12. Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported at yellercard@yello.pk. An administration fee of Rs 500 will be charged for a membership card replacement, which will have the same expiry as the original membership card.
13. You agree to receive notifications about deals through SMS and email.
14. yellO.pk membership benefits are void where prohibited by law and all conditions, warranties or other terms implied by law, are excluded to the fullest extent, permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
